c) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
d) The Company shall not be liable for the loss and/or damage of the confidential information or data of the User arising as a result of an event or a series of related events, that is beyond our control including failures of or problems with the internet or part of the internet, attempted hacker attacks, hacker attacks, denial of service attacks and/or viruses or other malicious software attacks or infections.
3) Modification to the Product / Service
a) The Company reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Product / Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. If any amount is paid by the customer, the amount will be refunded fully.
b) Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

b) The Offer / Discount mentioned on the website is valid only on ibx website and not on any other platform. Similarly, the Offer / Discount mentioned on other platforms cannot be enforced on the website by the user.
c) We have the right to cancel any order in case there’s an offer / Discount coupon abuse. Multiple coupons are not allowed in an order.
d) No returns or exchanges will be entertained on the giveaway or freebie.
e) ibx will not be held responsible for quality and/or warranty concerns on the giveaways or any other brand products used as part of the giveaway.
f) If the gift assigned for the giveaway runs out of stock, only then shall we provide the customers with a replacement gift from our assorted gift collection which is of the same value or even higher.
5) Payments
a) You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
